Getting started with Tentalead
Create a company or Business Developer account, complete your profile and start your first introduction.
Tentalead has two journeys. A company publishes missions and looks for sales freelancers. A Business Developer presents their expertise and looks for missions. The role selected at registration is permanent for that account.
If you represent a company
- Create an account and select Company.
- Complete your company’s public profile.
- Describe a mission with its objective, target, territory, duration and compensation.
- Submit the mission for review before publication.
- Explore profiles and start a conversation with relevant professionals.
You may invite several Business Developers to one mission. Before confirming a collaboration, agree on deliverables, available resources and the intended first milestone.
If you are a Business Developer
- Create an account and select Business Developer.
- State your sales families, sectors, territories, methods and terms.
- Add contextualized results and references when you can share them.
- Submit your profile for review before publication.
- Explore missions or respond to companies that contact you.
Your profile should help a company understand where you are effective. For every result, clarify your exact role, available resources and the relevant period.
Before the first conversation
Check that the mission explains the offer, target, sales cycle, objective, resources and compensation. If a condition is missing, use messaging to clarify it before accepting.
Tentalead does not process payments yet. The parties negotiate their contract and terms directly while preserving the professional’s independence.
